There is no surprise invoice.
On the answer budget you get a message at 80 %; at 100 % the AI stops answering and offers the visitor the email form instead. Live chat keeps running. No automatic upgrade, no extra billing afterwards.
That isn't goodwill, it's built in.
What the statistics don't do
The statistics in the dashboard show you where your chats come from — but only from what the conversation brings along anyway. Nothing extra is tracked, no profile is built and no visitor is followed across other people's sites.
And this website?
No cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to: no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising cookies. The fonts sit on our server, not at a font provider. A privacy brand with a cookie wall would not be credible.
AI disclosure
Asked directly, the bot says that it is an AI — that's part of its base configuration and can't be switched off by accident. It satisfies the disclosure duty of the EU AI Act without you having to think about it.
Where the AI answers come from
For the AI's answers we use OpenAI's models. Your documents sit in storage assigned to your account. Which processors are involved in detail is set out in the data processing agreement.
