What the bot can connect to.
Under Tools you enter the address of an MCP server plus a bearer token. The bot takes on whatever that server offers and uses it mid-conversation. This page collects what such servers already exist for.
Three things first, so the list is read correctly:
- WooCommerce we bring with us. There is a finished connection for it; you need no server of your own.
- For everything else we supply the connection, not the tools. The servers below come from the respective vendors, or from you. There is no Shopify connector from us, for instance — Shopify's own server is what opens that door.
- The bot can only do what you release. Which tools a server hands out, and with which permissions, you decide there — not with us.

What this still does not do
So the list above does not promise more than it keeps:
- Paying in the chat — The bot can look a payment up. Paying still happens in your shop.
- WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram — ChatFlamingo is the chat on your own website, not an inbox for other channels.
- Picking a slot inside the chat — The bot sends your Calendly link; the visitor picks the time over at Calendly.
- Speaking and listening — It writes, it does not talk.
